I was looking into getting some 5160s for my truck and was wondering if there is there a specific shock only for the right? And only for the left or could I use both? The website only has the rear right option, but I don’t see what the difference would be?

There shouldn’t be a difference. One of the paragraphs just explains that they added a protective cover to the passenger side shaft due to its mounting location
