Hi,

I got a new iPhone 11 and am having 2 issues.

First, the phone screen is just a picture of a car. For example, I can no longer see the results when I ask for directions to someplace with multiple locations.

Second, when I answer a call it immediately switches back to the phone from the head unit after answering.
