I've been waiting for the last two months for my running boards to be delivered by UPS. They've flagged them as lost and I've been refunded by Amazon and reorded from Real Truck. No issues with the second set.

Hope the bastard in Sioux Falls (last place they were tracked to) is enjoying them.

Good luck getting everything sorted, @Ronnie.Hallman.

Had FedEx say they left package at the door. Never showed up. 4 weeks later it appeared at the door. Have no idea if it was delivered to the wrong address and they brought it by, the neighbor messing with me, the FedEx guy finding it somewhere and dropping it off, or what. It was unopened and not tampered with.

Maybe get a police report? That usually seems to get managements attention and they resolve things

That's absurd. Just contact the vendor. This stuff happens all the time. They will help you deal with it.

If you think FedEx is bad how about Amazon delivery. They contract drivers straight out of dumb dumb school who can't read a hard address but only deliver to where their in-house Amazon GPS program sends them. They have delivered countless item to my neighbor who lives three properties and about a quarter mile from me. I've called them on this repeatedly and they tell me they have changed the coordinance in their system to reflect my location. I finally gave up and just tell them my package never arrived and they send me out another whatever it was I ordered. I now have two of ALOT of things I've oredered from amazon. Drivers not taught to read a hard address are costing amazon millions.

Good luck OP I hope everything works out

There should be a place that people could physically go to and get their products and pay for those products while they are there.

It might be worth it to pay for freight shipping if available.

Don't feel bad. I knew it was wrong, but I wasn't sure how to spell it either. I just thought the irony was funny.

Had USPS do that to me before. They are wicked bad at "delivering" but not actually delivering.

Think Ive only had one issue with FedEx. But either way, it would be interesting to hear back from the OP

USPS, our regular mail lady is awesome, she will bring packages by the day before they are supposed to be delivered if they are at the post office. When she's off, her sub, watch out. Within a 3 mile radius there are 3 houses with our same address numbers, he will drop our stuff off at any of the 3. It's like he can't read letters but does good with numbers.

All of them are experiencing higher than normal delays due to COVID-19 is what I have been told. That’s a bunch of BS. Pretty much people are getting lazier by the second and DGAF. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a freezer gasket. The company says it was shipped but they can’t give me a tracking number. Once again lazy people. Sorry guys, this is the new norm. Better get used to it.

If I have anything of value shipped, I usually have it delivered to a business like the ups store or similar. The packages must be signed and harder for them to just disappear. Larger items such as a bumper I'd have shipped to a body shop. Some places I've dealt with for that stuff won't even ship to a residential address, or will charge more to do so. If something does disappear, it usually puts the fight in your favor against the shipper.

I've had no problems with FedEx or UPS but Ontrac is the absolute worst .I've been ordering a very large amount of parts from Summit racing over the last 1.5 years and summit has been using Ontrac to deliver to my area

I've had numerous times were Ontrac would deliver to the wrong address leaving my very expensive parts out in the open . Even showing my parts out for delivery and not receiving them until the following day . They've even lost parts I've ordered and have had to fill out claims then magically a few days later the lost parts appear on my doorstep

Another time with Ontrac I watched their delivery driver slam a box onto the ground that had my $3k CNC ported AFR cylinder heads . Luckily there was no damage but I was pissed
