    fyi you can run two (2) 22" blades instead of the listed 21" and 22"

    rain-x latitudes are pretty good for store bought wipers. ive had them for more than a year and their still pretty good.

    Mods are currently being changed .....
    I've been happy w/ the oem ones so far. I just treated the blades w/ the 303 blade wipes, and I put P21s booster in the fluid tank. I'll probably just go w/ oem refills when it comes time.

    As for clay, definitely use a clay lube of some sort. Whether its a clay specific lube, or even just soapy water, clay needs something to glide over. Water alone isnt slick enough and the clay can mar the paint.

    There's not much to it. Some auto parts stores and dealers will do it for free when you buy them or check Youtube.

    Silblade, nuff said. 5 year warranty. The set I had on my previous Land Rover lasted 3 years and were on it when I sold it. My last set on the Tacoma had 2 years on them. I'm only replacing them because I got a new windshield.

    my oem blades scrape bad. 36K on them. even though my truck was Certified Used, i probably have originals. Question. do fresh OEM perform well? aftermarket?

    I think you'll be happy! Keep that receipt otherwise. I haven't dealt with returning a set but I assume it's pretty straight forward.

    right, it should feel sort of like rubbing a wet bar of soap on the paint.....little to no resistance.

    it could damage the finish if done without lube

    Word to the wise... when you take off the old blade and if the arm slips out of your hand and hits the windshield the spring is strong enough to crack the windshield. Don't ask me how I know this but my new blades cost me about $180:D
