With all these sound deadening posts I had to jump on the bandwagon and order some for myself. Went with the NOICO 80mm 36sqft box from Amazon.

One box did all four doors. Mind you I just did the inner door panels and what I could to the outer. I still have one full sheet left. While your at it you should replace your door speakers.

Getting started on the next project which is to raise the front of the ifs skid up for a better approach angle. Then I’ll build an all tube bumper that’s very minimalistic, quite similar to @Evergreen_Offroad (who was the inspiration for this). This square tube is what my ifs skid will now mount to, raising it up 4”. I’ll determine the new angle once it’s all done.

Dude all your holes look squared away!
I did not make mine look pretty but I spent a lot of time and muscle rolling it all on.

36 square feet is enough to do the four doors and rear wall.
Seems like we're all doing this a little differently. It's nice seeing everyone's methods.

I used this plastic wrap to create a template on the door and mark the holes
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DFNS29O?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_dt_b_product_details
Then used these leather punches to make the holes (used a putty knife to cover the punch then whacked it with a hammer)

Today, I finished the box for my Skar SDR 18. The sub is running off a Skar LP 750 wired to 1 ohm. The box is 4.6 cuft tuned to 32hz. I fit it all with the single rear seat removed. Still have to carpet the box and make a platform to secure it to the truck.

The sub is still breaking in, but it loves the 30-36hz range.

I really like Evergreen's tube bumper, so I'm looking forward to your creation.

I really, really like it too. I’ve stared at other tube bumpers for inspiration but his nailed it. As much as I don’t want to be a copy cat, I’m pretty much going to be a copy cat. Of course some angles and stuff will be different but the basis will be very similar.

Similar happened to me. Right before 60k when my truck was still under warranty (luckily) the actuator on my transfer cause took a shit and took the transfer case with it. Took them a week and a half total to figure out what I already told them when I first brought it in. My local dealer are dumbasses. They also thought a Prius was a comparable vehicle to my 6mt 4x4 truck for a loaner

Good tip, I noticed my pads contact my rotors last time I was in there installing my spindle gussets. Was not aware that this was possible
