Hello everybody, been around Tacoma's my entire lift but just recently decided it's time to start modding and getting into the off road world more from a truck's perspective.

Bought a gen 2 access cab pre-runner two years ago and I couldn't be happier.

So the truck came with 33"s on some pro comp extremes and looks to be a leveling kit on the suspension - as the suspension is stock.

I'm looking into doing bilstein 6112's up front and the 5160's in the rear. As of now, I have no rubbing or anything with the current 285/70/17's and I plan on staying with them, looks like the previous owner did the correct cutting or whatever was needed for the install.

I just ordered a decked system and a RCI 18" cab height bed rack for the rear. I'm assuming with all the extra weight on the cab I will need to do an add-a-leaf on the rear.

So, for the suspension kit I'm wondering if there's anything else I will need for this to get the job done: https://www.bilsteinlifts.com/shop/...15-5160-lift-kit-for-2005-2015-toyota-tacoma/

Any suggestions on the add a leaf and what would work for my extra weight on the bed? With the dirt bike, camping gear, decked system, and bed rack - shes going to be looking at around an extra 700-1000lbs when camping.

I plan on doing all of the work myself to save some extra $. I have a strong backround in building race bikes for motocross buddies and fixing harleys. I'm new to the 4-wheel world when it comes to the mechanic aspect of things so I don't have some of the tools to work on cars like I do motorcycles. Looking into this jack if anybody has experience with it and if it's tall enough to lift the truck: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B...&pf_rd_p=edaba0ee-c2fe-4124-9f5d-b31d6b1bfbee

Thanks again, really stoked to be apart of this forum as I've spent the better half of my days hanging around and absorbing knowledge.

So with the decked full and the RCI bedrack, I’m going to be running around 600 extra lbs on the back. Do I need an AAL with the new suspension on the rear?
