Hey guys, just got my first Tacoma. Its a 2013 double cab. Today I noticed a strange leak near the front wheel well on the driver's side. I have been trying to figure out what it is but it doesn't match up to what I've seen online. The fluid is white and thick. It has the consistency of sunscreen but doesn't have any odour. It is pretty hot and humid here so i am wondering if it could be A/C related. Also wondering if it would be something to do with the power steering? Love to hear input from you guys. Cheers.

Truck recently had the frame spray recall done. It’s the wax they coat inside the frame with. Just looks like someone did a messy job

I guess you could pull the plug out and see if any pours out.
Or just wait, eventually it should stop.

Maybe the warmer weather has made it less viscous and leak out?

It’s just a wax. And it does go in thick. Just keep wiping it off and eventually it’ll stop

    That’s what I’d do.
But I park outside all the time.
So I don’t have to worry about a garage floor.

Thanks guys, really appreciate your input. It has been really warm here the last couple of days as well. It was the consistency of it that had me scratching my head.
