I'm just running 16" pro comp wheels at 4.5bs pretty sure the offset is 0. I have the maxtrac 4" spindles with fox 2.5 coilovers. The spindles pushed the wheels 1.25" out because they cause the wheel hub to stick out further.

Ok so i have the same wheel company, offset, and backspacing as you. Only did a 2 inch lift though. What are the things you have had to do to your tacoma with this wheel and tire size work the best?

Honestly I just ran with 285's with the coilovers and cmc for a long time. Once I added the 4" spindles with the coilovers, that setup will now allow me to get almost 7" of lift. However, that gives a shit ride and looks bad to me. I like to lift my truck just enough to make the tires work. My right side sits right at 4" of lift and the driver side is at 4.25" to make up for the taco lean. I just beat the pinch weld and trimmed where I could see needed but I still rub during some articulation. An actual offroad bumper would probably solve alot of my rubbing issues.

Honestly thats my next project is off road style front and rear bumper with rock sliders. Will that solve a lot of my problems?

It will solve some of them but you may still have to trim a few inches off your fender flares.
