I love these dogs, they have such sweet personalities! We thinking we may get a second one because we had a chance to let him play with a other frenchie and they had a ball! It was wrestle mania for like 4 hours

Fiance has been on full court press a out getting a second dog....

It's hard to even start looking... Cuz I know if I see one I'll want to go get it

Thats how I was with the first one. Started looking and found a rescue quickly and was there the next day adopting him. Second one was a little slower. I might not have ended up with him had he not been absolutely terrified of his foster. Once I saw how scared he was it became a you need rescued and it will all work out. Hes on the smaller side for a male husky and I kinda wish he was a little bigger so my bigger one couldnt use the 20+lb weight difference against him so easily. At the same time when I got him it felt like he was meant to come home with me and immediately took to my other dog.

 

Yeah you right... I'm gonna need to get a doggy door lol

 

Man, I totally understand that situation. The older I get the more and more I love animals, and the more and more situations like that drive me to take action as well. That's why sometimes easier to not look. But, both them dogs will be happier with each other so you guys have convinced me, we'll look for a second dog probably here soon

Doggy doors are great. They make some that are collar activated which are pretty neat. I just added a storm door w/doggy door built in to my back door so I still have the original back door in place. Its nice just being able to open the real door and Not messing with the doggy door cover. They love having free reign to come in and out as they please or I can easily lock them in if they decide getting into trouble is worth the time out from the yard or its too wet out.

 

We live backed up to a big ranch And so there are many critters of all varieties. That collar activated sounds nice. I'll look em up, thanks for the info Jason
