With the Weber kettle I use about the same, or less, fuel than I do with the WSM smoking when using a snake. It is very efficient and I don't have to dump the ash bucket very often.

Using baskets or minion method like SnS you will go through more charcoal IME.

I use a “basket” method basically just a pile. I can be convinced to try the snake next go about. Well. Maybe the second to next go about. Next one will probably be cooking for the fam on the 4th so I don’t want to play around with that setup.

Just crisp up some bacon crumbles or pieces or whatever. Mix into goat cheese. No real measurements. Just eyeball. Slice. Don't overstuff due to shrinkage
