He was actually playing with the kitten. Rolling the ball to him.

The wife doesn’t like the kitten and dog playing together. Kilo kills pocket gophers and voles not much smaller than Shadow all day long and eats them. Lol.

Kilo knows I would eat him if he hurt that kitten. :D

He looks smart enough to know that’s not a snack playing with the ball. ;)

He is very smart, and very protective. He got one of our chickens (my daughters favorite one). If the chicken even flaps it’s wings, he goes into protect/kill mode. My daughters were putting up the chickens for the night and the one chicken got a little butt hurt and started flapping the wings and escaped the coop. Kilo pushed my two kids aside and snapped its neck in flight.

This is actually how we got Kilo. He was a police dog in training, but would not give up Alpha to any other dog and would fight. The trainer decided to take him home as his personal guard dog. He had several other dogs. Small dogs he was fine, but anything over 50 lbs he would try and establish dominance. He severely hurt a few other large bread dogs and he had to go.

Our family took him in since we are a single dog family and lost our other Shepard’s to age (14/16). Due to our location, we have a lot of bears/mountain lions/coyotes...etc. we need a dog that can handle his own. Two weeks later I had a failed home invasion. Kilo and I teamed up at 10:30 am and stopped the threat.

That GS would definitely ruin a perps day! I saw a neighbors GS chew up a deer leg bone like it was a chicken wing..

    I agree.

Sad thing is the dog didn’t seem to scare them. It wasn’t until the M4 option was offered they stopped.

LOL ... I love your enthusiasm... wish I could transport them to you but apparently Texans are banned due to COVID. This picture is just two of the five but they are a matching pair. The other 3 siblings are also cute as bugs but have less of the meezer appearance. I’m challenged with posting multiple pictures in the same post so I’ll post separate pix

“Little” fella I raised from birth until age one and a half, then spent a year reintroducing him back to the pride (his momma abandoned him at birth)

Thank you for giving your heart and sole to rescue. As I get older I find I get more emotional about supporting the critters.

Damn dude, really? Was the guy hopped up on something? An angry GS should be plenty to dissuade impending fuckery.

That said, I've always got a couple kinetic options close at hand. Mostly because my cat is really only lethal for threats smaller than himself. Doesn't stop him from attacking the neighbor's two full-grown pit bulls though.

I’m not sure man. They had a GMC Denali 15-16 truck. They looked to know what they were doing and having lock sets that resisted bump keys was worth it.

My cats seem to attack everything. NFG.

Happy to hear you didn't have to do any further "persuading." Nothing good comes from a CONUS kill.

My little guy thinks he can handle anything and everything. Full grown raccoons, big dogs, people that talk too loud. NFG is spot on.
