    Compromised with his wife by adding a nice big planter conglomeration so she could have her flowers etc.
    Brilliant!
    No more mowing ever.

    My neighbor and I just let everything die, problem solved.

    I do keep a sprinkler going in the back yard so the dogs have green grass to lay in.
    Other than that, screw yard work!

    Its a tragic waste of a perfectly good day off.
    I blame society for forcing me to mow.
    Oh, and the local fire dept.
