How do I remove stains from TRD wheels? Stains are from tire shiner, tried cleaning with carwash soap but doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Might try Dr Beasleys Matte Wheel Cleaner. Not sure it will take that off but it’s designed to clean matte wheels, so it won’t damage the finish at all. When you get them cleaned up, get some of their Matte Wheel Seal on there for protection. Brake dust and mud will easily wash off after.
