    That's why I was mildly annoyed by his behavior. Can't be too forceful until he gets older. That was his 4th time shooting a gun and he got spoiled by the other two times shooting on public land in New Mexico.

    He didn’t bother me any but he sure perked up at lunch. One time we should make it just a .22 day I’ll bring the 6 shooter also.

    Yep. Next time we go, we're doing some training, but fun training. You get to shoot with a shot timer.

    Next time I bring the kiddo, I need to plan a little better.

    No it's super easy and targets are printable, too. Timers run about $60 for good ones, but aren't necessary.
