I took my car in to Toyota for service and found some scuffs on my mirror housing after. I took the truck off-roading before that but I’m pretty sure that it was not from that trip as I inspected the truck after, but honestly not 100% sure. Do these scuffs look like they are from tree branches or possibly something from the service people?

unfortunately I don’t really know because I inspected the truck after that off-roading trip but I might have overlooked this mirror. I only realized it after I had taken the car in for service for an unrelated issue. I was just kindof confused because I can understand pinstripes, but these have an odd pattern maybe like someone scraped it turning in the narrow garage doors? Idk. Guess I just have to deal w it seeing as I can’t prove anything.

If you offroad your truck, something as small as this will be the least of your worries.

That being said, I bet that would buff out pretty easy if you want to..

Thanks , was just wondering if it could have been from service haha. Fucking whatever.

Luckily I got a ceramic coat at the dealer fresh off the lot so it’s probably just that that is scratched up anyways.
