Brand New Tacoma / Entune / Download Unsuccessful

I just bought a 2020 Tacoma and I am having issues with the infotainment system. I downloaded the Entune 3.0 app on my phone, connected it via bluetooth to the vehicle, and now I keep getting "download unsuccessful" errors even when I have a perfect data connection.

Every time I cancel out of the pop up notification, it comes back up 30 seconds later and is extremely annoying.

How do I get this setup properly?

Try to unpair your phone from the truck and then pair it again.

Is your Entune system capable of connecting with the apps? My 19 SR5 with Entune Audio Plus isn't.

 

You need to delete personal data.

Settings> General > Delete Personal Data

it’s a bug with Entune. Had the same issue with my 2020.
