Yes. You will have your dog on a leash, with a shock collar. You will walk the dog by the snake, and when your dog expresses interest in the snake, the trainer zaps the shock collar. The dog will yelp. You will then circle around and walk by the snake again. Or, more accurately, you will NOT walk by the snake again, because your dog will want nothing to do with that evil thing. The whole process takes about 3-5 minutes.

Yes. It's not really a vaccine, but will buy you time to get your dog to the vet. Ours get it every year.

Thanks, gave the brick a bath and some wax day prior.

Actually I hit one of the hanging signs in the parking garage on the way up. 8'2" clearance is a lie, my truck sits at 80" at its highest point.

I couldn't go all Chad like, guy in a minivan looked like he had no fucks left to give and would've run me over.

Yea parking down there is rough, a certain valet company didn't listen to me about height requirements when parking the F250 and scraped the top of the truck up last year. On the bright side they fessed up right away and took care of the repair.

It's good that they were honest about it. Too bad they weren't smart enough to prevent it.

    Morning’ y’all.

Looking for some assistance on a day trip tomorrow. Originally we were going to hit Padre Island... but it’s under temporary closure. Now I’m thinking about finding a decent swimming hole in Hill Country. Do you have any suggestions?

We are experienced off-road and roll with recover gear, we know how to self-support and will adequately prepare. That said, help us with some extreme social distancing in this beautiful area. I’m currently considering Llano Slab but more remote would be appealing.

    Thanks.

I think (most) state parks are still open for day use and pretty limited camping, but you need to make a reservation even just for day use. South LLano River state park in Junction is gorgeous, but it is a smaller capacity park so not sure how available it will be on a holiday weekend. Junction and that area is absolutely gorgeous though, and the river goes through downtown Junction as well
