Damn... This is why @Twizted won't let us move to the Midwest.

I'll get us there someday...maybe...maybe just for a road trip :D

To be honest, the only thing we have to offer is some good deer hunting. We too, would like to move but at this point in our lives, probably not gonna happen.

Never say never. We've gone in to contract on our house in Montana entirely sight unseen. Obviously there's a lot of research on our part in the areas (what cities we will or won't live) and phone calls to internet companies and whatnot but we've relied on our realtor for everything else. Find a good realtor and they'll do the leg work for you and all you gotta do is sit at home docusigning the paperwork and cutting a few checks

Congrats! I’m glad to see y’all making progress and getting out of CA.

I guess I’m staying put in PA for a few more years, for a variety of reasons.

Thanks! I don't think it'll totally feel real until the inspectons are done, but we're still excited. Hitting the road tomorrow morning with a trailer load and have our walk through scheduled for Friday afternoon so more pics to come.

    Good for y'all!

We've tried 2 realtors to sell our place, both ended in not so good terms.

The first after we finally kicked her to the curb for continuing to ask us to do things we told her we wouldn't do to begin with said she would come get our key out of the lock box she left on our back door. She never brought a lock box and we don't have a back door. She has yet to find our key we gave her.

The second one she was our realtor for 6 months, I have yet to meet her. She stuck a sign in our yard and that was it.
