4th of July and Military Veterans

With 4th of July 5 days away please be observant and courteous of any Military Veterans in your neighborhood . This time of year with all the fireworks going off can be very stressful to us Veterans especially Combat Veterans

Just hearing these fireworks can trigger flashbacks of bad moments during their time serving in the Military especially Veterans with PTSD

So again if you know of a Veteran in your neighborhood please ask the Veteran if it's okay before celebrating the 4th with your Fireworks

Listening to the TV out of Sacramento last night, plenty of disrespectful people out there shooting off illegal fireworks, couple houses burned, one 90 year old lady was carried out of her house by a observant vet. House is boarded up now.

Who can get the discount?
The Walgreens military discount is available to Veterans and all current service members who can provide proof of service and are enrolled in the Walgreens BalanceRewards program.

This includes members of the Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines and Coast Guard. It’s available for active duty, Reserve and National Guard. Veterans and military family members are able to claim the deal as well.
