Bumper Covers and other questions

Hello I have a voodoo blue and not going to paint the chrome back bumper but want to cover it with bumper cover should I go with the voodoo blue to go with the vehicle or black as I'm trying to black everything out that is chrome inside and out.

Also going to take the white/silver decal off and put on a black label like this https://www.etsy.com/listing/711946...yota?ref=internal_similar_listing_bot-2&frs=1 would this look better they already but the black badges tacoma on tailgate and the others from the factory or dealer just trying to blend it all together.

Have trd pro tires on this as well anyone know of decal that can cover up the red letters in the rim for voodoo blue decal. Looked around but everyone has years before and they say it is to new and no decals are made yet but there has to be someone that has made some.

One more thing what are the best led headlight/tail lights to change spyder black ones look cool but what are the best ones that anyone on this forum have done.
