    First Toyota after 30 years of owning Honda’s. Bought a 2020 Tacoma during the Covid-19 crisis due to great offers. Traded in my Honda with 240,000 miles and bought a Tacoma, which broke down over the weekend. It started to shake and sputter, throwing all kinds of codes on the dash and infotainment screen before stalling. Not off to a good start. Will post follow up. Kind of nervous about this truck.

    Thanks. I joined the forum to see if anyone else was having issues with their new Tacoma as well. Will post the service write up when repairs are complete. Also, I purchased the extended warranty on this, which looks like it might be needed. Anyone else have a comment on the extended warranty (7 years, 70,000 miles)

    Welcome from SE VA! my thoughts on the 7/70k warranty? I got it, i plan to have this truck for a long time. if i can be somewhat worry free for 7/70k.....that is worth it to me. i haven't experienced what you have. I'm interesting in hearing what the outcome is. please post when you have it sorted out. Enjoy the journey!
