$21,000 for a 2013 2wd with structural damage?? Not just no but NOOOOOOO. Just wondering, are the newer 2wd Tacos still called Prerunners?

I recently saw a 2006 2wd driven like a champ. had to be pulled twice in very steep, loose stuff. I was impressed by it, but still advised selling and getting 4wd

I don't see why not. My friends '79, ya 1979, mustang hatchback climbed a off the beaten path trail up in the kangamangus highway of New Hampshire. I was like wtf. He didn't care. He was bored.
It was crazy that we came upon ooooooold hot top in the middle of this adventure.
Not so if the beaten path I guess.

Thank you everyone for your replies. As it stands I’m a first time buyer besides my 04 xB I bought with cash. I appreciate all of you for helping me through this process and won’t be following through with this truck.

My family owns a 20 raptor a 150 and a GX and I want to try and keep up. I’ll be patient and wait for a 4x4 to pop up in Vegas!

Locked rear wheel with one wheel traction is still one wheel drive. Think about it.

I’d pass, the biggest negatives being the 2wd, 6inch lift and structural damage. Plus I don’t think $21k is a competitive/reasonable price.

That would be a HARD pass, $21k for a 2wd, drop bracket lift with prior damage, you'd be a sucker to pay that price or buy that truck.

But owned a 2008 Prerunner Sport (2wd), wheeled it in AZ and NJ sand pits with some skill and decent tires you'll do fine.

Nice looking truck but please... 2 wheel drive's will get you exactly half as far as a 4-wheel drive... and I'll let a monkey drive the 4-wheel while I struggle behind with the Prerunner. Love Prerunners but off road???:deadhorse:
