Now I'm ready to pull it out of the garage and start cleaning up. I need to lower the torsion bars and adjust AHC. I'll take the laptop outside tomorrow for that.

It seriously needs an alignment now. I need to try to get it in somewhat to drive it to a shop. I wanted to drive it to a really good shop in Little Rock about 45 miles away. Too far to drive it like this. I may hobble it down to Firestone on Monday and get a half-assed alignment just to get it down to down there.

It started right up after sitting for 4 months. The PS pump was a bit whiney at first but it settled down.

So I just pulled the cover. Pretty sure the actuator ISN'T supposed to dump almost half a quart of gear oil on me when you do that.... Fucking seal is blown between the tcase and the actuator.

Found a post where the guy removed the actuator while the tcase was still in the vehicle, without removing the actuator rod from the trans to replace the seals and oring. try and find that again now.

Happened to me too, @xtremewlr the lube washes out the dielectric grease and messes up the motor in the cover

It can be opened up cleaned out reassymbled and lubed but DONT LOOSE THE BALL BEARING

Yup, that's what I figured. Gotta strip all the internals now so I can remove it and get new seals for it. Hopefully I can clean up the oil well enough to get the motor working again.

Didn't know there were any. I haven't seen them mentioned on any of the posts I've read.

Local car lot has a ‘03 DC PreRunner with locker (not 100% sure on what this is) has decal on the driver door. Not sure on price or miles. Clean-ish interior and frame has been painted
