Painted my @RelentlessFabrication hybrid bumper and just waiting on my led bar to come in to install.

 

Now that I have all the pieces... it has begun.

 

Finally got a chance to use my rtt and also did some exploring of the woods. Even manages to get it stuck for the first time. Bald Eagle State Forest, PA.

Also spotted this today when I stopped for gas.

 

While everything is apart, and waiting for stupid dealer parts, I guess I should go in there and touch up some rust spots.

 

After a few hours work installing longer brake hoses, maxtrac spindles, full brake flush, installing new set of wheels, tires and doing the alignment. It been a good day.

 

Debadged and gave her a bath. Minus the bedside stickers. I kinda like those. Haha

 

had to replace stock battery today since it finally crapped out. Picked up a Duralast Platinum. Its not the deep cycle/dual purpose one I eventaully want, but it does its job and is also the cleanest part of the engine bay!

 

Got around to touching up my battery base/holder/tray (not sure what its called). Looks like at some point acid must have spilled there causing it to eat up the paint and start rusting under the plastic tray.

It's tight as a son of a bitch but I can remove the filter box

 

Adjusted alignment at home since all of the shops are closed around me, also pulled one of the overloads from my dakar medium duty pack so it sits level and doesn't have rake. Didn't want to crank the preload on the kings. For anyone wondering, the centering pin on Medium duty dakar's are not fully threaded and you will have to grind and custom fit a bolt.

 

Soon.....ECGS built 4.56 gears with Harrop e-lockers.

Stock bulbs are H11 with 1250 lumens. The 2x2 white LEDs are around 2000 lumens. Noticeably brighter but not super bright to blind drivers as you mentioned. I'm not sure if the amber lights have a different output though, I think the ambers are 3x2 but don't quote me on that.

Not OP, but I have those brackets and their 30" bar with the Toyota Style switch. Couldn't be happier with it. Throws an insane amount of light for a $250 light bar, and the brackets go on super easy. I had to trim some of the plastic on my lower grill a bit for the bar to fit, but that's my fault for tweaking the bumper a bit off road. If you've never smushed your truck into a snow bank at 15-20 mph you should be fine (see zip ties holding lower grill in place so it doesnt block the bar lol.) The longest part of the install is doing the wiring, especially since I put my switch in the lower panel in front of the shift. Total PITA accessing that panel.

 

How long is your new breather hose, and where does it locate at the end? *looks at stock breather, with 12" shocks on my truck*
