Can I mount tie down cleats to undercover se tonneau??

Thinking about mounting some tie down cleats to my undercover se so I can hold small boxes on top. Maybe even some racks?? Is this possible? Almost got the diamondback but specs say they can both hold 400#. Diamondback has tie downs.

 

Let us know if you do this and how it works out as I'm considering the same with my SE.
Won't get around to trying it until later in January though.

 

I am either going to do tie down cleats or some racks. Leaning towards the racks. I’ll take pictures and let you know how it goes when I do it.

 

I realize this is an old thread, but wondering if it's possible to add tie down cleats to the Undercover SE, perhaps by installing these:
