Wow, that is quite a shopping list!
Is that the 1st timing belt ? Or the 4th. Curious about expected service life.
    How about the fuel pump?
My 01 was pampered the 1st 150k then neglected for 50k...One oil change & air filter !
Seems to have survived quite well .

No Issues with the Fuel pump as of yet. Here it is at 400,000 miles. All miles have been acquired in the Mojave and Nevada Desert. It goes where no man has been in eons.

Thanks GQ! It has had 3 Clutches and related bearings. Front End bearings twice replaced. Drive Shaft replaced at 200,000. Numerous Clutch master cylinders. Rack and Pinion Same.
Like I always say. I use it for what it was made for.

230k on my 1998 no issues other than general maintenance and I drive it pretty hard.

Hi Jay, I bought mine with 173000+ miles 3 years ago. Took it to the most recommend Toyota guy in town and dropped a $1000 into it. "Good to go another 100,000 miles"
Well in those 3 years I've only changed the oil and last year the radiator. Then just had it serviced the other day. I'm just 300 miles short of the 200,000 mile mark. Gave it a good wash and wax and had to replaced the cracked windsheld. Love my Tacoma.
Had a Jeep for many years and was over it. The truck best suits me for what I need one for.

Love it, very useful to find the sweet spot for gas milleage. Also great that is can scan for check engine line codes.

    Tasteful modifications :)
Hit this the other day. Truck is sitting until tomorrow because something is making it hard to shift and giving me a rubbing/clanking noise so I’m taking it in. Hopefully it ain’t nothing major

310,000 happy trouble free miles, lots of them off road. The starter lasted till 289K, changed the factory clutch/water pump and alternator at the same time. This is my first post as i'm looking into buying a replacement instrument display, mine is all cracked. A lovely 0 degree December day in Lakeview Oregon, aircraft rescue, no wind so is was not that bad

    First Car, I bought a 90 Celica with 275k, sold with 300k.

Second Car, 91 Celica All Trac sold with 200k

A few cars in between, two months ago joined the club with a 95 Tacoma with 220k. It was the sellers daily driver.

I just took a quick look, I didn't realize so little 95s left. Thank you for the tread share, I will continue reading.

at 201 now, rebuilt top half at 180k due to the thermostat going and causing a overheat which cracked the gasket, running great now.
