Ordered on a Monday, got them by Friday, and installed them today:

    Passenger-Side-Wheel-Bearing-Small_d43fe54f15af49076bbb42abd5be7acac04becb6.jpg

Didn't have too many issues, mostly because I had already messed with a lot of things in that vicinity when I replaced my power steering rack a couple months ago. The passenger side was the one that went bad again - first one went at 60k (which I let the Toyota dealership replace to the tune of ~$1,000 just for that one side), and this one lasted until 150k (so it failed with 90k on it). The driver's side was still the original, so I went ahead and replaced it too. The driver's side was the one that gave me an issue - I ended up buggering up the last 1/2" of axle threads when taking the nut off. Thankfully, I was able to save it, but it was definitely my "oh shit" moment for today.

I probably spent the most time getting the dust shields back in place. I went ahead and ordered new ones (Toyota p/n 43514-28010), and they were a tight fit. Other than that, it was pretty straightforward.

If anyone is on the fence about ordering these from 05Taco4x4, don't hesitate. They are identical to what I pulled out, and the transaction couldn't have been any easier. All in all, it took me about 4 hours to do both sides. Hopefully these will last a while. If not, I at least know what to expect now.

    Thanks for the positive feedback.
I’m curious how to know when/why you replaced the steering rack. Torn boot, loose steering or oil leak?

Noticed the power steering fluid reservoir was low a few months back...did some investigating, and found that the passenger side boot was wet. I suspect I caught it early, as it didn't make a huge mess, but it certainly wasn't going to fix itself. It was the original rack - it made it 149k miles before it started letting go. I posted about that adventure here:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...eering-2nd-gen-v6.293781/page-8#post-23222796

There were no other symptoms other than the low fluid.

I have the hubs from when I swapped mine a while back. Would you be able to press in new bearings if I sent them to you? Thanks!
