Hi TacomaWorld. Some of you know me. Quite a few of you think I'm an asshole. You're not necessarily wrong.

That said, every now and again I put my assholeishness aside and do some work to help a good cause. On the 18th of November, I'm participating in a local lockup with the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

For those of you that don't know, MDA funds research for a number of problematic diseases. Lockups are one of their many fundraising activities. As a physical therapist, I work with people with muscular dystrophy on a regular basis. I has some first hand knowledge, if not understanding, of how difficult a disease this can be to deal with.

I'm donating myself, accosting my friends and family, and have already lined up my employer to make a donation. So, I'm asking for whatever help TW can give to raise money for this cause. Below is a direct link to the donation page on the MDA's website. You can donate anonymously or non-anonymously. ANYTHING you can give, down to the penny, will help.

    Thanks in advance,
    Jandrews
