Hey folks! I just moved to the Trenton CFB area from South Carolina I figured I’d introduce myself in this thread. How bad is the salt up here during the winters? Should I look into getting and under coating done on my Tacoma? Looking forward to getting out there and meeting some of y’all on the trail.

Welcome! Spent some of the best times in the Lowcountry. Would like to spend more time in Charleston, I’d make the drive just to go to Hyman’s.
My ‘07 lasted really well with Krown rustproofing. Trying Corrosion Free (choice of the Canadian military) on my ‘20...I keep my vehicles a while.

Same stuff I have been using, can buy it at TSC, in spray cans.

Had it applied by a pro this year, to get the entire rig fully coated.

Yup, you need protection, especially if you drive the freeways when they get dirty

if anyone is in the Bellville/ Trenton area id be willing to meet up and hit some trails one day. I can also help anyone interested installing OVtune into their truck.

You should introduce yourself on the Ontario BS thread. There's a pretty active group on it.
