Yep, repeatability > accuracy. At least that way when you find an "indicated" pressure that works, you can get that same mark again on demand.

Anyone got $800? Enve has that auto inflation system that is supposedly accurate to like .1 PSI.

I have this one. I like it. I want to say you can set it to beep at certain pressure. I haven’t figured it out though haha

Interesting, I’ve had mine for maybe a year and it seems fine. The only comparison I have is my lezyne pump, which I’ve always thought was off

You better throw some cushcore in the back if you are running that low or get a wheel trueing stand.

really? I didn't think low 20s was that low. I've always ran 28-30 before going to NC with the guys and they were all sub 25

There's a lot to tire pressure, rider weight, tire width, wheel width, terrain all have to be taken into account.

I'd definitely say pressure is location and rider dependent. I will sacrifice a little traction to not bend rims. I'm 185 and I usually run 27 in the back and 24-25 in the front. Anything higher and I cannot handle the arm pump.

I would think 25F/27R would be a good starting point for you. Put more in if you are dinging a rim, less if you feel like you could use more traction. You want your pressure as low as possible, as high as necessary.

well maybe I was too low in saying 20-22, but even to drop from 30 down to 25 for the trails I need a gauge for lol
