I think it's just gear noise.

We might be talking about a different noise...

Bringing back this old thread but I have a 2019 with 11,500 on the odometer that has a buzz in the clutch pedal at any rpm over 3,000. has had it since day one and dealer calls it normal but the other one I test drove didn't have that buzz. They replaced the pedal but the buzz is still there...weird. I am thinking it has to be a warped plate but it is odd I only feel it at higher RPMs?

check the attached TSB. you have a recent truck so you can likely qualify, and no charge on that.

if you don't like that solution, then i can recommend a whole non-plastic pedal assembly replacement if you want to go the custom work route.

    Clutch chatter/shudder, or pedal shudder?

After a couple roastings trying to parallel park in reverse up hill in San Fran & Seattle, my clutch definitely shudders at low throttle opening launches, but should still last a long time

    Odd.
Only ever two fixes for a vibration - better secure the item, or stop whats shaking (think how many more interior rattles a car has with horribly imbalanced tires)
In this case, perhaps your pedal has some slop and it’s allowing this vibration to occur? Very strange

Thanks...I will check this out. They did replace the pedal bushing to no avail.

I can have the truck in neutral, raise the rpms over 3000 and then press the clutch pedal and feel the vibration as the clutch travels across a certain point. I think something is out of balance internally...IDK

I’ll try on my next drive but I’ve not ever noticed something like that, and I’m a nitpicky sob

Sorry, forgot. Mine does it. Have never noticed it in regular driving. I only feel it when revved to 3k in neutral - and the buzz is in the gas pedal & clutch pedal. Can almost guarantee it’s normal
