4 WD will not engage despite multiple attempts to fix

    2009 TRD Tacoma 4WD
    After a dealer frame replacement in January,followed by replacing the front differential [they damaged it in doing the frame] the 4WD will not engage. The dealer has replaced an actuator [or 2] and done whatever they can think of - no dice. I now have a TRD 4WD that is only 2WD! Any ideas guys as to what could fix this problem? Any help - much appreciated!!
