Super easy. Spray some PB blaster on your old hardware and let sit before you take them off. Just use a floor jack to hold it all while you drop it. It's just some spacers and longer bolts.

    Very.

Remove skids. Place jack under diff. remove the two bolts. Let the diff come down ~1" on the jack. Put in spacers and longer bolts. Tighten.

The coilover is adjustable. I called the guys at Toytec and they said for the best ride leave the bilstein height adjuster (as they are height adjustable as well) on the lowest setting. I did that and played around with what works best for my CV axles. With the diff drop I was comfortable with 1.75" of lift. Plenty for my pickup to fit 33" tires if I wantedt to. Running 265/75/16 and I like that setup. Plenty of clearance for an IFS pickup.

Are they the Toytec Ultimate coilovers? Also, it looks like from the picture that they come pre-installed on Bilsteins... is that the case?

    https://realtruck.com/p/toytec-toyota-coilover-shocks/

This is where I got them about 6 years ago. They didn't call them ultimate coilovers then. They have Eibach springs with them. I had to assemble them and also replace the Top Hats (those don't come with) Upper part of the strut assembly.
