I agree, finding time to install right now will be a pain anyways for me.

work and other side things.. nothing truck related.

I've been running plasma table cutting on the side since mothers day, good money, but high entry costs. Also decided I need something else to wrap up my time and bought an ender 5 pro on sale.

Sorry if I posed my question wrong. I'm not looking to do burnouts. I'm looking for the exact opposite = traction.
I thought lower gearing ratio might solve that.
Or is it not even a problem?
    Perhaps I'm misunderstanding

If you want more traction, get some big fat tires

or just don’t go full send

It is a very aggravating yet rewarding hobby. There’s a great group on Facebook. It’s not like an open forum per se, it’s strictly there for help. They allow light trolling nothing like on here.

it’s huge on reddit too, so go ahead and create an account if you don’t have one.

Retirement, I can dream. I’m only 28, so still a lot more saving to go.

I'm not sure where the impression of burnout, full-send is coming from?
This is not what I'm looking for at all/

this is the post I was referring to (post #8243). TC is engaging, meaning cutting power electronically. Seems like casual driving on that video.

Question still stands (if it is even valid), will less than stock gear ratio solve this? If not, more than happy to shut up :)

I will check that out. I am only 56 but i have 34 years in and i dont think my company is going to survive this 2nd shutdown. So i am just going to take my retirement and get a part time job to supplement my income see how it goes!

Maybe you need to turn the volume up and watch the tach lol that’s why it cut power. If you punch it, TC will kick in when it senses slip. Heck I can blink the light on my 17 without too much problem. You just gotta drive like a reasonable person.

I don’t think anyone makes smaller ratios. There’s no market for them.
