I had already moved the trans cooler and horns in order to fit some lights behind the grill (never installed). I’ve since replaced the stock cooler with a larger aftermarket one with a fan—there’s plenty of room there.

There’s also a metal line on the left for the AC that I needed to unbolt the bracket and move slightly to clear the winch. No big deal.

I guess slim sexiness comes at a price. Man wishing I'd dont matte black instead of gloss for my paint. Maybe I'll repaint when I go to do the winch install

Well boss heres a shot of the finished product. I managed to get my grill to stay flush by trimming a slot out of the bottom for the clutch handle. Had to cut that cross member out as well but oh well.

What size tire are you running under your 885's? Did you notice any front end sag after the install? Plan to move to a different spring?

Hey man I've got 285s(33s) under there atm.

For coils I have 886s. If you have 885s and plan to run a bumper/winch. Switch to 886s and if you're thinking of doing 885s and want a bumper in the future. Just do 886s. Learn from my mistake Haha. The 885s sag over time with no added weight. The 886s barely at all. My old bumper was easily 140lbs plus winch making it over 215lbs.(took 3 full grown guys to barely put it on) I saw lots of sag from that, but when I swapped to the CO bumper I was able to take it on and off by myself and even was able to reinstall it after putting my winch on it by myself. Truly not z heavy bumper at all.

The construction of it is phenomenal. Had a guy at work try ripping on the hoops as hard as he could and nothing happened(I wasn't a fan but was impressed with the bumper) this is a shot of the stupid heavy deer smasher bumper. Stuck out like 8"

If you're on the fence about getting this bumper. It's worth it man. I rushed a bit to get it done so its not as clean as it could have been. But if you give yourself 3 full days. You can build one help of a bumper with this kit. I say go for it. I'll be doing the rear high clearance soon enough

Thanks for the info. I already have a low pro bumper from US off road i'm about to put on with a winch. I currently have 885's and 265 70r17 on now. I want to go to 285, so I was just wondering if that's what you had. Guess I'll be moving to 886's then. Do did cmc to fit the tires? Do you have UCA's?

With 886s I'd recommend UCAs especially If you want 285s. That way you can crank your castor and push the tires forward to help with clearance. I've got JBAs on mine and I like them.

I did have to do a CMC and trimming on my driver side. (Hit a deer a year ago and ive pulled right since then after 3 alignments and my left tire always runs more so I think something got tweaked but it was "within tolerances" when I got it checked after the strike. Pre bumper)

I suggest getting a dremel if you dont have one. They work wonders for plastic trimming. I also put 1/4" spacers over on both sides just to make sure I hold a 3" lift.

And honestly. No one ever sticks their head in your wheel well and anyone who does will expect to see trimming. Myself and my buddy who also did trimming are the only ones who ever notice plastic has been cut

Looking for some edge trim to conceal my bedside cuts. Is this something Cambodian tire carries?

Yep they do. Black self adhering stuff. Not as flexible as they claim but it does the job

Can anyone direct me to some closeup photos/ideas on license plate mounts for the high clearance rear bumper?

Been waiting to pull the trigger for ages because I've been super nervous if i'm gonna be able to fit a license plate and light. Ontario cops and MTO are supper uptight about this shit
