TomTom GPS Help Please

    I recently bought a TomTom gps. I went to create an account to update the maps and I get a message "due to security reasons I can not log in". So I look for a telephone number to call and there is none available. So I look for a direct email to send a email and there is none. I bought this directly from TomTom. Has anyone else had these problems ? If you have what have you done ? Thank you for any help.
