Doesn't look like the OP has posted since April, he gone. Gotta love the people that create a thread, asking for advice, help, input, and never bother to follow up.

Mostly stock with a few minor mods.
My guess is that he got it fixed and traded it in on a Jeep Wrangler.

Yeah lets recommend insurance fraud. Won't be so funny when they quickly realize the damages were not done by another vehicle, Charge OP with insurance fraud and then deny his claim. It appears from your profile you are LE. I truly hope this comment was sarcasm however it was idiotic at best!

Definitely not totalled....maybe $10-12k damage.....not even close to the value of the truck. Hopefully the insurance company replaces the panels and doesnt just bondo and repaint everything.

well I had a drunk lady literally fly into my bed upside down in her suv. Bed smashed to hell...only reason they totaled it was because the roof had deep dents that couldn't be fixed easy...bed could just be swapped out...oh and one of the back doors wouldn't open.

Your doors can be replaced, only issue is that panel right behind the rear door is pretty messed up. My adjuster said they can move these trucks pretty easily for parts so they may total it...up to insurance really
