I have a 2015 4 door, 5 foot bed, TRD package, 53,000 miles with a brand new battery When I start the car turns over more than normal before starting. once it catches, it is all good. It does not seem that we have a draw on the battery from anything.

Does that engine cranks fast or slow?

    Any engine lights on?
It very well could be a fuel issue, or even a sensor issue.
A lot of different sensors are monitored on Starting. If you have any engine lights on, start there.

There isn’t an easy way to tap into the fuel system on these trucks that I know of.
You need a T-port and a Fuel Pressure Gauge.

    Fuel pump definitely.

I've said this before and I'll say it again. Later gen 2nd gens 2012-2015 have a track record for failing fuel pumps. Check your pressures.. 43.7 is around what you should see.

It's highly likely it has failed but it is always best to make sure via mechanical gauge.

No there definitely is. Disconnect the fuel line by the intake manifold and tap into it with your gauge hardware. It's so easy to disconnect that you can actually disconnect the line with your hands. Bada Bing Bada boom.

Awesome, I’m going to have to save this info.
Just incase I ever need to do this. I never like disconnecting any more lines than absolutely necessary.

Be aware that once disconnected there is a small chance that you will mar the plastic or nylon covering the metal hard line coming from the tank. If that happens just take a razor to it and cut it off exposing the silver metal on it. I had to do it to mine recently after removing it again to test the pressure on my AEM green top fuel pump for diagnostic datalogging purposes. No leaks at the area I cut. Alls well that ends well. :)
