First truck and it's a Tacoma!

I bought a 2016 Barcelona Red 4x4 Off Road about 6 months ago, and love it. I feel like a teenager who just got their license again, and still look back at it every time I park it. I do have some suspention questions which I feel are pretty dumb, but I will look dumber later if I buy the wrong thing and didn't ask now.

1. From what I can tell the previous owner add leveling spacers to the front, but doesn't appear to have anything in the rear. I just had a tire that couldn't be repaired so all 4 are being replaced right now. I swear I had 285/70R16 on when I dropped it off (could only remember the 285 for sure when he gave the news). He said he had it written down as 285/75R16 and that is what was ordered, and calling around no one in he area could get a 285/70R16. The only time I had any rubbing before this was a couple times backing out of my driveway (only time will tell if these rub). If I was able to run what I thought was previous tire or the one now, does my truck possibly have a lift?

2. More with the suspension. My suspension squeaks so bad. If I don't have a lift, can I replace the springs and then shocks later for a lift, or will everything need to be done at the same time if I want to lift it?
