    Exactly!
Here's a funny story with mine. I bought the ugly green Bronco from an old widow that lived across the street from my brother. It had sat out in her front yard since her husband had passed away 8 yrs before. Only got driven by her daughter when she occasionally came home from college. Anyway, like I said before, I bought it and within 2 weeks had totally changed the look of it to what you saw in the photo. About a couple of weeks later, I decided to ride to work with my brother. So I drove the "new" Corvette yellow Bronco to my brother's house, parked it on the street, and rode to work with him. During that day she was in her yard talking to another old neighbor lady that I knew well. She told the lady, "I can't believe that you finally sold your late husband's old Bronco after all these years." The seller lady replied, "I know, it had so much sentimental value, but I thought it was time to let it go." Then she pointed to my Bronco and said, "I just hope the buyer takes good care of it and doesn't do what that person did to THAT one!":rofl:
The lady that I knew well knew it was the exact same Bronco, but didn't have the heart to tell her. About a year later, I bought and moved into my brother's house. She then realized it was the same Bronco and was pretty hateful to me for a few years. That is, until she had a broken belt & pulley on her riding mower and I went and bought the parts and fixed it for her.

Good morning all, well the hot weather is coming back, started the last few days in the high 40's and got up to the mid 70's. Today we hit the low 80's (hot for here) then T-Storms roll in. Big boomers yesterday, shook the house a few times to the point I shut everything down and had two dogs clinging to me where ever I went in the house.

I can relate to the Bronco and past mod costs and performance, you can still increase performance with mods but every time you change out something you have to re-tune it electronically. These new vehicles are so tightly regulated now for example just switching out the air intake from the stock to a cold-air-return requires re-tuning the MAS to get the new air intake to function properly in relationship with everything else - which removes any warranty you may have. Same for exhaust or any changes made, I am sure @Tacoma Mike can confirm. To be honest I miss and don't miss the ability to work on my newer vehicles. I still do all the maintenance on my 1999 4-Runner and 1971 FJ40 and my F250 super duty (to a point, not as secure with some of the major diesel maintenance).

    Have a great day everyone

Alright old people with all of your aches and pains...
Had a persistent pain in my hip for a few weeks now. Sometimes so sharp I'm near tears...almost didnt make the drive to the office one day because it was so bad I couldnt sit still.
Stretching seems to help. The more active I am the less it hurts. So sitting here at my desk for 10 hours is agonizing. While I was camping in the Tetons I was fine because I was out hiking everyday and getting my legs moving. Laying and standing I'm fine, only bothers me when I'm sitting.
I think its a pinched nerve that just isnt getting better on its own. What would you do? Chiropractor? Never been to one so I have no idea if that's the place to start or what.

I personally like the use of a chiropractor but you do have to be careful and find a good one. I personally like those that take a holistic approach meaning they are not just about manipulation but more on what the source is so they can create a plan to get you of the pain and back to normal with out you becoming a weekly/monthly client.

Good luck, I have a pain on my left hip - it is from a hard fall back in early March while walking the boys - squirrel took my Golden one direction while I was headed in a different one (on ice). I think I have a hairline fracture due to the kind of pain and location - never went to the doctor - COVID issues at the time so sucked it up. I have my semi annul Monday - will address it then with my physician.

Definitely have visit with your Primary care provider, from there they can order an x-ray and possibly a Ortho consult . I stay as far away as possible from those back crackers

Getting the ache in the rear end? Sciatic would do that. There are stretching exercises that help. Essentially yoga.

So I get to work after my 45 minute drive and the back is in spasm. I broke down and took a muscle relaxer and then...

See...I don't remember doing anything to cause this. Just sort of cropped up one day and hsasn't gone away since. Frustrating.

I don't really have a primary doctor...there's nothing wrong with me.

Yeah. Sharp pains starting at the top of my pelvis on the left side. If I sit too long or can't find a good position then I get a pain that goes from the crease of my butt cheek down the outside/back of my leg to my knee.
I've had Sciatic issues in the past but its been a really long time since. And those always started with something that I knew I did wrong and went away in a few days.

i'm too young for that :lalala:

    but what kind?

just got back from my daily walk and I feel a little better now. Couldn't sit still this morning. Its still there just not as bad as it was before my walk.

I agree with Mike. I’d try a chiropractor but not one that cracks you. I go to one who does a soft touch approach (I’m a wuss and won’t let anyone crack me). I just got back from an appointment this morning with mine and we were talking about how people who are spending more time working at home are having problems because they don’t have the best workspace accommodations.

Also, sciatica pain is a weird one. It can come on out of the blue. Mine will act up and I have no idea why?

Have you ruled out "sympathy pains" due to your hanging out in here with us? You know, like fathers who end up having sympathy pains when the wife is pregnant.

Hi Greg. I’m sure it has been. My wife just went through the motions the first several months after her dad passed away. You’re not only dealing with the loss but you’re also dealing with all the things that go along with it. Hang in there and I won’t say it gets easier but I will say it becomes more manageable.
