So it looks like my tires are rubbing against the body and part of my LCA. Is this something I should be concerned about and try to grind away like some do a CMC? I use 4x4 and fully articulate almost daily for work. I’m running 255/85/16 geolanders on stock trd off road tires. Any, and all ideas welcome. Thanks guys.

Is everything stock except the 255's? I really didn't think you'd rub with the skinny's how's the alignment since you daily 4x4 for work. When do you notice the rubbing the most? Is it during the stuffage or in reverse mainly?

Weird, they should fit. Only heard of that size rubbing on mudflaps. Never heard of 255’s rubbing on lca. U might want try a wheel spacer.
You should post this question in the “skinny on skinnies” thread
Or the 255/85 on stock OR wheels and suspension” thread

It has a 3” leveling kit with a diff drop and aal. It drives straight with no vibrations now for over 25k miles. I do notice some strange vibrations when I crank the wheel on some hills but I always thought it was the front diff catching up with the wheels.

I rub in that area of my frame, just a little bit like you. That's not concerning. If you wanted to stop that, you would need some wheel spacers to push the tire outwards a little bit. That would cause rubbing in other areas though like the cab mount and plastic.

Wrong. Where have you been? There's a huge thread on it that's usually on the 1st page.

I have the same size and have only rubbed the front flaps. I wonder if those tires are a touch taller or wider. I'm on ST Maxx. They seemed a touch smaller than a few others. It's tight, so a little bigger might be just enough.

I'll have to look, but I wonder if you could move the tire a touch forward or back with caster and clear that little hump.

Incorrect sir. OP is running pizza cutter size that is supposed to fit no problem. A lot of guys are running that size without issues.

It’s normal, my tires rub close to the same spot. Full lock and stuff will do that.
