Save the ice for a recovery bath.
(highest temps here this summer haven't gone over 80° But I also sweat profusely anywhere near 70)

Thats a blessing staying under 80.
I'm not a big fan of ice baths. especially since the science is pretty solid that you should do it pretty far after exercise. i'm only willing immediately after. Just not for me.

On the note of saving ice; i keep about 30 of the fist sized water bottles in the door of my freezer. if you don't break the seal you can just reuse them which is what i'd do for ice bathes when i would take one. but having the bottles is a lot easier.

The most I do is contrast showers, nobody got time for that shit.
Wether it is beneficial or not, idk. But.. the placebo effect is better than no effect.

Pretty much going in with the expectation to zero every event lmao I'm not doing any extra test or gear for prep because I want to get my BF down and my bloodwork perfect before I jump back on.

It’s probably been discussed before but, I don’t feel like scrolling through pages of chit chat to find it...

If you were going to order a weight bench online, which one would you buy & why?
I don’t have a bunch of money to spend but, I need a bench, bar, & plates.

Rep fitness benches are the best bang for you’re buck usually. Ab-3100 comes on stock pretty regularly. Subreddit /homegym is usually pretty helpful.

I have a rogue monster flat bench with a fat pad and it’s awesome. Gunna go with a Rep incline for when I replace the shitty fitness gear incline bench that I have.

Rogue. But you’re going to have to get in line. Everything is still sold out and on backorder because of the pandemic. You may be better off searching locally for equipment to get something sooner
