Hi there. If someone has asked this specific question already, I apologize. Searched onsite and through google and found nothing useful.

Anyway, question is just as it's stated in the title. Will 33x12.50s drive alright on the TRD Beadlocks? I just lifted my 2nd gen 3" and went with the Beadlocks and 285/75/16 General Grabber ATXs. Love the new setup (on there for a bit over a month now), but I'm already thinking about my next set of shoes on my truck.

I really don't want to run spacers, and I love these rims, so it'd be a shame if I can't upgrade my tire size on the next set in some years.

All the plastic trimming has been done, waiting on my mechanic for the pinch weld/BMC. Haven't had any issues with rubbing since I did the trimming with regular street driving, but I do plan on doing some trails/overlanding/general offroad debauchery in the near future.

And I guess my final question, I REALLY like the look of my truck since the lift/wheels/tires were done, but are 33x12.50s worth it? I'll be gaining less than an inch in wheel height, and a bit over an inch in width--worth the headache of possibly buying new rims when I already love the ones I have?

    Thanks much!
    Cheers

Found what I need, seems they won't work. Still open to opinions, anecdotes, and wisdom though :D

EDIT: I guess my biggest question is, do 33x12.50s have any advantage in practicality or is it just a stance/aesthetics thing?

Regarding the width concern of the 12.5” tire on the TRD Beadlocks, if 0.2” doesn’t make that much of a difference then it’ll work. I remember seeing someone use the KO2’s in 315/75R16 on those wheels. The section width of the tires are 12.3” but on an 8.5” width wheel. Thinking about it, idk how accurate my thought is but the 33x12.5 may be possible

I’d figure spacers will be needed and more plastic trimming due to the extra width. If you’ve got tubular UCA’s that will also help.

Thanks for the insight! Going to avoid spacers, only ever heard bad things. That and I really dig my current setup lol.
