It’s actually quicker for me to get to beaufort than it is downtown Charleston or Shem Creek.

I don't doubt it. Did you run the ocean or creeks? Looks like there's some creeks that'll get you there. Wind didn't seem too bad yesterday for an ocean run

I asked for them to change my serpentine belt when I took the sequoia to Toyota for an oil change... they came and found me and told me I have a timing chain not a belt. I told them serpentine belt again... they said it’ll take the rest of the day and can be picked up tomorrow. told them just to change the oil and I’ll do it myself. Don’t know why changing a belt would take them multiple hours. Smh

Well the poppet valve wasn't the overheating problem on the ol Yamaha. Next up thermostats.

Dang. We ran back from Kiawah last night in the dark. Kids were a mess but water was glass and the ride was very relaxing.

Yea pisser's going plenty strong. Heading to get a couple of gaskets to do the thermostats whenever hankel marine opens at 9 to try those. If that doesn't work I guess my only other option is to do the water pump. But that's brand new already.

Luckily all the parts for this are cheapish. The expensive one was that foot for it. It runs fine at speed so I'm not too worried about it. I just can't let it idle too long.

We did our 1st night night run last week in Florida after watching the sunset. Had to idle back through all the manatee zones. I’d like to start making night runs on full moon evenings.

Wasn’t there someone on here trying to sell some tires and possibly rims? Really debating getting a set of stock 4runner wheels with Bridgestone Duelers for commuting.
