    Just kegged it about an hour ago. Been cold crashing for the past 5 days or so. It's cold, but not carbonated yet. Came out quite a bit darker than I was aiming for. Flavor is great. Nice pepper/clove up front with a banana-like fruity finish.

    Local iteration of Black is Beautiful. I honestly believe it’s a little young and needs to sit for a bit. Quite good for no adjuncts and no barrel aging though.
