Who got the best deal on their Tacoma

It was an inherentance. The check plus stocks & bonds worth an amazing amount of money. Truly blessed.
My opnion is i didnt work for the money so I consider it free. The advisor came with the stocks.

I flipped my last taco, 06 trd OR/AC, on black ice January 2020. Insurance paid me out 5 grand more than I paid for it. Step dad sold me his truck, same trim as my old one, with 28k miles... just told me to sign over the insurance company cheque to him (20 g’s cad), works out to be about 14 grand usd I believe.
All the research I did on similar trucks, here in Canada, it looks like he saved me about 8 grand.
