Looking for improved cooling for towing. Recommend a better clutch fan blade than stock?

I've looked at the flex fans and researched swept blades as well as 5-blade through 12-blade, electric vs drive, different thermostats, installed a heavy duty transmission cooler with it's own fan (mounting photos for research on request).
I have "do it right" money, not "replace it" money.

Does your truck have the factory towing package?

Why would a properly maintained cooling system have an overheating problem when towing what the vehicle is rated for?

Monkeybutt2000, yes, factory tow, but reviews of the 4"x10" transmission cooler reported inadequate at max tow capacity so as a preventative I installed a Jegs heavy duty cooler and switch (170°/150°).
Clearwater Bill, yes, properly maintained cooling system, but seeking an ounce of prevention since I live in and travel throughout the desert southwest and into the northern Rockies.

They make a larger radiator as well. There's a thread on it somewhere.
