    The last time I made meatloaf was the very first time I've ever put tomatoes at all in it so I imagine rotel is pretty tasty. I typically just use eggs and worcestershire for moisture and add in whatever breadcrumb type competent for binding.

    Pretty sure we've established my rebellious nature towards recipes lol

    She does breadcrumbs, dunno bout an egg , but seasoning blend onion, celery, bell pepper, plus rotel drained . She does my side dry or tomato paste her side ketchup , there’s no slicing basically spoon into my bowl of mash taters :thumbsup:
