08 Toyota Tacoma

So here we go. I’m running into more fun issues. I’ve got an 06 Tacoma it’s was my dad’s and he passed away recently. So I went on a fishing trip with my kids and got a little dirty so I took it to the car wash. Now the windows won’t go up or down. The abs light is on and so is the brake light. The MPH gauge is finicky and the blower for the air isn’t working... last year we replaced the entire wiring harness and the charcoal canister. I’m so confused... can anyone lend a hand??
