Here’s for 16-14awg. Running from the back of your truck I wouldn’t use 18 gauge but I tend to overkill things, everything...

Nice. I have a 20 gauge wire that runs from an auxiliary fuse box under the hood to some LED lights in the bed. The Baja light will only be about 1.5 metres from my splice point. The total current on that wire will be 3.7 A because the Baja light is only 1.7 A. I will have a 5 Amp fuse on the wire at the Blue Sea auxiliary fuse box. The bed and Baja lights will never be on at the same time unless I leave the bed lights on by mistake.

The other feed is from the trailer hitch, I think the run is less than 0.5 metres.

I am going to drop the idea of a switch in the cab because I can't name a specific use case for it. All I have to do is put the truck into reverse if I want to turn the light on.

If I get under there and there's an easy way to run a new supply from the Blue Sea auxiliary fuse box under the hood, I'll run a new 16 gauge wire because I keep finding new stuff I absolutely have to have. This truck is a disease.

Little different but I have 4 rigid pods in my rear bumper that I would not want activated every time I put it in reverse. If you have to back up on the street, when you’re in a parking lot full of other drivers and other scenarios are the reason why. I simply put mine on a switch so they’re activated only when I want. Just my $.02

First time trying the 40” hi power on since I had the line-x done. Today I’ll pick up a couple male weather pack connectors since this bar uses 2 power inputs and hopefully get it wired up soon. My truck has factory auxiliary switches so I’m going to use one of those to “arm” the bar and the factory high beam switch to turn it on and off when the auxiliary switch is turned on.

^ That is how I wired my driving lights. My Taco has a front facing camera that looks for headlights/taillights and shuts off the high beams automagically. The driving lights are switched with the high beams so they will cut off too. I have a defeat switch in the cab for the driving lights so they will not come on with the high beams if I want.

We use weather pack connectors with our LED lighting. https://www.amazon.com/conector-ter...s=weatherpack+connector&qid=1595264522&sr=8-3 Let me know if this was a brand new light purchased and if it was missing the connector. I would be happy to get a set sent out ASAP.

That wouldn't be considered normal but it is covered under our limited lifetime warranty. I will get new bezels sent out today, PM inbound. Thank you!

I got a similar issue on my pair as well as my uncle's. First pic is mine, second is uncle's. I can get more photos if necessary.

I was sooooo close today to not rounding them out but I didn’t quite make it. Couple of tack welds and good to go, no damage to the light.

Mine was the LAST screw.....I was able to loosen/remove the other 7.

Since I don't have welding skills I had to cut a slit in the button head and remove it with a flat head.

Since I'm replacing the bezels with flush mount I didn't care about being nice to the bezel.

Damn, I hope I don't have to get that crazy to get mine out...they rounded out while tightening them, so I doubt they are in there very tight...I have a set of bolt extractors, hopefully I can use those...

I appreciate the offer but that’s alright. My local hardware store is pretty solid so they should have some there. If not I’ll let you know.
